Hello! My name is Karly, I am a NVQ 3 qualified child care practitioner with over 20 years experience in child care. I used the knowledge I gained through working in many aspects of childcare and from being a mum of two myself, to start up Smiles Soft Play Bouncy Castle & Soft Play Hire aswel as a Parent & Toddler group in West Dartford in 2014.

We are a family run business based in West Dartford. We're made up of a husband and wife and two daughters who occasionally tag along when they want to earn some extra pocket money! By booking with us you are helping support a local family.

When we started in 2014 we had just one bouncy castle and soft play package, this quickly became popular and we added to our stock, word spread of the excellent service we provided and we quickly built many 5 star reviews! Now in 2023 we are very well known locally. We are highly recommended for our cleanliness, helpfulness and our reliability. All of our equipment is regularly safety tested and insured. We continue to add to our stock each year, meaning we always have a vast range of equipment including Soft Play, Ball Pools, Bouncy castles, Fun Runs, Slides, Sumo suits, Garden Games, Slush machine and more! We have something to suit all kinds of ages and occasions!

Over the years we've built a good rapport with lots of local schools and they return to us each year for their annual Summer fairs and Inflatable days. These are a great way for PTA's to raise funds!

We've been to almost every local venue in Crayford, and Dartford and most venues in the surrounding areas of Bexley, Bexleyheath & Welling etc. This means if you're unsure on what to hire to fit your venue, we can easily advise you on what would be suitable for your party.

Something that makes us unlike other local companies is that we are key holders at St Anselms Church, Dartford, DA1 2HJ where we hold our Parent & Toddler group every Thursday ( term time). This is a real bonus to our clients as were able to offer a inclusive package meaning that you don't have to shop around, we can you book you in at the hall with our party package saving you time and money. If you choose this option we have everything set up ready for you and will be there to let you in for set up on the day of the party. All you need to do is bring any food/drink/decorations that you want. We can also recommend an amazing cake maker aswell as a back drop & balloons company. Making party organising very easy indeed!

We also have a close rapport with Princes Park Dartford and Belvedere Sports Club and can book our customers in at these venues too.

We are mobile hire too, we don't just offer parties at St Anselms. We will set up at any local venue, we offer free delivery to local towns, Dartford, Crayford, Bexley, Bexleyheath, Erith & Welling, any within a 10 mile radius of Dartford. Please note if you're within the ULEZ zone a charge fee will be added.

Our prices are inclusive of safety mats, set up and collection.
